Use this page to request deletion of your Yooowee account and associated account data if you cannot access the app. We never ask for your password.

Account Deletion Request

Submit the request from the email app on this device. Yooowee support will use your message to verify account ownership before processing deletion.

Email or phone on the account Yooowee user ID Optional, if you have it from support or account settings. Request type Notes Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive documents.
