Eligibility
Yooowee is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate account and profile information.
Account Responsibilities

- Use one account unless Yooowee gives explicit permission.
- Promptly report unauthorized access.
- Comply with law, these Terms, and platform rules.
How Yooowee Works
Yooowee uses Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi peer-to-peer verification, backend session sync, and push notifications to help nearby adults discover one another. Discovery is approximate and can be affected by device model, radio conditions, battery mode, operating system limits, walls, crowds, interference, and permissions.
Free Use And Stay Connected

Safety features, blocking, reporting, and panic access are not paywalled. If Stay Connected is available, the other person must accept before the requester can purchase. Acceptance alone does not create a charge. The checkout screen shows the store's current localized price; the intended initial U.S. price is $0.99. Stay Connected is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Purchases through Apple or Google are governed by the applicable store terms in addition to these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile photos, bios, and messages. You grant Yooowee a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and secure that content as needed to operate the service. You must have the right to submit your content.
A profile photo is required for nearby discovery and new connections. New photos may be checked by automated image-safety tools and restricted human reviewers before publication. Photo screening does not verify identity or age. A rejected or pending photo may limit discovery and new connections, but it does not remove access to account controls, reporting, blocking, panic features, or an existing chat.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, bullying, or hate.
- Ignoring rejections, blocks, or requests to stop contact.
- Impersonation, age misrepresentation, fake profiles, or misleading identity claims.
- Sexual pressure, non-consensual sexual content, exploitative content, or illegal content.
- Soliciting prostitution, trafficking, commercial sexual services, drugs, weapons, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Sharing private information, screenshots, exact location, or identifying details without permission.
- Trying to locate, track, identify, or surveil another user outside the intended Yooowee experience.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, automating, overloading, or attacking the service.
- Bypassing purchase, entitlement, safety, moderation, or visibility controls.
- Abusing panic mode or filing intentionally false reports.
Blocking, Reporting, And Moderation
Users can block and report other users. Yooowee may review reports, take moderator action, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove content, preserve evidence, or escalate safety events. Moderation decisions may use human review, automated signals, or both.
Panic Mode
Panic mode is intended for situations where you feel unsafe. It may create a safety event, preserve nearby app context, notify Yooowee safety systems, and trigger optional steps such as location sharing if you grant permission. Panic mode is not a replacement for emergency services.
Account Deletion And Termination
You may delete your account in the app or request deletion from the public web deletion page if you cannot access the app. Yooowee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policy, create safety risk, misuse the service, or are required to be removed by law or platform policy. Certain records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting, dispute handling, or enforcement.

Yooowee does not guarantee that nearby discovery will always work, that any user is who they claim to be, that a connection or relationship will result, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that safety tools can prevent all harm. Use caution when meeting people.
